The world is dependent on a range of energy sources. In 2018, fossil fuels, like gas, oil and coal, accounted for more than 81 percent of energy consumed. Renewable energy sources, such as solar power, wind, hydroelectricity, and biomass, account for 14 percent. Nuclear energy is responsible for another 5percent. Different countries use different types of energy sources, balancing the needs of the economy with environmental concerns.
Energy is found in nature in a number of forms: sunlight as well as wind, waves oceans, and more. These sources of energy transform into more efficient energy forms, such as electricity or heat, when they are harnessed. These energies become non-renewable sources of energy once they have been exhausted.

This requires the use of non-renewable energy sources to build these networks. These sources are not able to satisfy the majority of our energy needs. It’s vital to remember that the cost of renewable energy equipment has drastically decreased in recent years and the efficiency of these equipments is growing.
